Fabrice is passionate about helping others achieve their potential, and sees Dream Sports Africa as an organization that can do just that for African youth.
Throughout his professional career, he has had significant experience and leadership roles in strategy, operations, sales, and business development, both in the US and in emerging markets.
He is currently based in Washington DC, where he works for a tech company, helping build telecom infrastructure to reduce the connectivity gap in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Prior to that, he spent 4 years in East Africa, supporting Google's telecom infrastructure venture aimed at increasing access to reliable and affordable internet. He also worked as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company in Washington DC, providing strategic and operational counsel to top management of global corporations, governments, and institutions. He began his career as a software engineer at Medtronic, helping develop products to save and improve the lives of cardiac disease patients.
Fabrice is a Cameroonian native, and he enjoys good food (ask him about grilled Cameroonian fish), sports, and hosting dinner parties.
He holds a Bachelor in Engineering Electrical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, where he met Chenfa.
